Graves Jenkins has completed another retail transaction, this time in central Hove on a former estate agents premises.
 
The 350 sq ft attractive period office with a useful forecourt was formerly a residential estate and letting agents offices and is soon to be transformed into a healthy eating food and juice bar. The outlet is opposite Small Batch coffee and close to Baked.
 
The new owner Mr. George Danahar said, “Even in one of the toughest economic environments in a generation we are excited to be expanding and making the most of the opportunities that are out there.”
 
Oliver Graves at GJ who undertook the deal added, “we were pleased to not only assign the lease quickly but also realise a premium which underlines the importance of location and the continued activity we have experienced in the good secondary retail market.”
 
The agents were seeking £20,000 premium with a passing rent of £14,000 per annum.
