Professional Services

It is critical to know what your property assets are worth for many different reasons.  Whether you own property as an investment or you lease business premises, you will require professional advice at times in order to make prudent property decisions.

We have an experienced and professionally qualified team able to deliver the advice required.  Our knowledge and research of local and regional markets ensures our advice will be up to date, focused and market sensitive.

Our team of Chartered Surveyors work in compliance with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) offering a high standard of customer service.

    Litigation

Property litigation is now far more prevalent and disputes concerning property use, rights and ownership often require the expertise of RICS qualified property valuers. We are well versed in providing/giving such advice on property related disputes, fulfilling the role of Expert Witness in compliance with Court and Tribunal protocol.  We can be appointed by one party to a dispute or act as a single Joint Expert between the parties.

    These services include:

    • Inspection of subject properties, consideration of the issues and initial advice.
    • Production of Court/RICS compliant Expert Witness reports for Court or Tribunal use.
    • Discussions with the opposing Expert, in the latter stages to narrow issues in dispute.
    • Full liaison with the instructing party/their legal advisers throughout.
    • Attendance in Court/Tribunal giving Expert Evidence as an Expert Witness.
We have experience in dealing with a wide range of both commercial and residential property valuation disputes including on rights of way, extent of land ownership and on matrimonial matters.  Our role as an Expert Witness also extends to rent reviews and lease renewals when referred to Court or Arbitration.
