Acting on behalf of a private investor Graves Jenkins are delighted to have completed the acquisition of a prime reversionary South Coast trade counter investment.

The property comprises a modern and well-configured trade counter unit totalling approximately 22,000 sq ft with Jewson Ltd as the tenant.  There are asset management opportunities in the short / medium term.
