‘The Circus is coming to town’

Graves Jenkins have been instructed by M&G Investments to find suitable commercial tenants for the last remaining spaces at the award winning Circus Street development in central Brighton.

Circus Street is a U+I development of 450 student rooms, 142 new homes, 30,000 sq ft of new office space, 14,000 sq ft of new space for South East Dance, two new public amenity spaces and special design features which make this one of Brighton’s newest high quality mixed use developments.

GJ are now seeking new tenants for the independent shops, leisure and office spaces situated at ground floor to operate alongside existing lettings to FUMI Japanese restaurant and White Cloud coffee.

The newly formed lock up units range from 600 to approximately 750 sq ft and rents start from just £19,250 per annum, with a range of landlord incentives to get your business started.

“We are seeking innovative business which can serve the local community which has been formed through the development and be part of this exciting city centre scheme. Initial talks with independent retailers have been productive and we are keen to bring more life and activity to the area,” reported Oli Graves who is promoting the scheme.
