Birch stops at Sussex Junction

We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of a brand new 47,000 sq ft warehouse unit at Sussex Junction in Bolney, just off the A23 in mid Sussex.

Acting on behalf of retained client, Birch Sussex Limited, a specialist storage and concierge business, the unit was acquired after an extensive search, and a new 15-year lease was agreed.

This best-in-class unit has an EPC A, BREEAM “very good” rating, and benefits from an excellent specification including 10m eaves, secure yard and grade A offices.
