Power up at Sackville!

Acting on behalf of a private family client, Graves Jenkins are delighted to have secured the freehold sale of Sackville House, Gatwick Road, Crawley, for an undisclosed sum.

The property, a two storey office of 21,000 sq ft with car parking, which had been empty for many years, on a site of around 1 acre, is to be redeveloped as an state of the art EV charging station, plus associated facilities.

Stephen Oliver of GJ commented “having undertaken considerable marketing to try secure an occupier for the existing grade B building it is now very exciting to see plans for its proposed new use and the development will also include a further pocket park fronting Gatwick Road”.

The site was sold to a joint venture between RB Gatwick Limited and Arcus PCD.
