East (Productions) head West to Bolney

Graves Jenkins (GJ) are pleased to have acted on behalf of a Lewes based events company – East Productions (EP).

With a continuing real lack of industrial freehold opportunities available on the south coast and an urgent need to expand, EP instructed GJ to source suitable options and advise them within a tight timescale.

The result……EP have just completed on the purchase of a warehouse extending 3,829 sq ft with good parking/yard provisions within Bolney Grange Business Park, just off the A23.
