Fitter Than Ever

Hove Fitness are the new tenants on the former LA Fitness gymnasium in St Heliers Avenue in Hove, which had been closed for almost a year.

HF have completely refurbished the property, comprising over 15,000 sq ft and presented over two floors, to meet modern day gym needs. A huge range of new health and fitness facilities are now available to include new cardio rooms, dance and cycling studios, a member’s café, a free weights area and the new HYRIG studio. There is also ample on site car parking.

Graves Jenkins advised HF throughout negotiations with the landlord which was a complex transaction ably assisted by HF’s retained legal advisors RLF Law. A long term lease has been entered into whereby the landlord was seeking rental offers on £250,000 per annum.

HF were forced out of their long established premises in Orchard Road (Corals) by the safety concerns over the concrete building affected by RAAC. Their mission has always been to inspire and support their members in their journey to a healthier lifestyle. This new location allows them to offer an enhanced range of fitness programs and services, catering to the diverse needs of the community."

As the membership builds, the inclusion of newly refurbished tennis courts can only add to the attractiveness of the environment and the concept is sure to be a success.
