HDC ON THE MOVE

Graves Jenkins are delighted to have advised long standing client Horsham District Council in respect of their recent acquisition of Sierra Place, Horsham. 

As announced last week by HDC, this modern self-contained 25,000 sq ft office, will create an appropriate working environment for the councils’ staff and provide space to support the core public services, all within a more carbon efficient building.  

Graves Jenkins undertook agency negotiations for the lease terms on behalf of HDC and provided advice on building condition surveys. 

HDC target a move in early 2025.
