Graves Jenkins are delighted to confirm that their clients Chancerygate have now secured planning consent for a new 103,500 sq ft of Grade ‘A’ urban logistics and industrial scheme at Southwater, near Horsham.
The development, AUDIO PARK, is situated in an excellent location at Southwater Business Park, near Horsham, and Chancerygate will shortly commence the development of seven freehold units ranging from 8,325 sq ft to 33,940 sq ft. Completion of the scheme is due mid-2025.
Chancerygate have experienced pent-up demand for freehold urban logistics and industrial space across the region with occupiers often more footloose to secure freehold properties. The scheme will generate a catchment area of interest from locations such as Brighton, Worthing, Crawley, Reigate and Redhill.
All properties will be built with cycle storage, electric vehicle charging points and solar cells. The scheme is targeting an energy performance certificate ’A’ and BREEAM ’Very Good’ rating as a minimum.
